The first phase will involve the development of a 17,300 m\u00b2 building, the majority of which will comprise Class A office space, along with the development of high-quality public outdoor space and a modern surface-level parking area in the surrounding territory. The planned investment is EUR 50 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe SPORTA 2 quarter continues its active development, strengthening its position as one of the most promising and sought-after urban development projects in Riga. The implementation of the first phase marks a significant stage in the quarter\u2019s comprehensive development program, encompassing the construction of a modern office building and the landscaping of its surrounding area. In subsequent development phases, the district is set to be expanded with residentials buildings and hotel, as well as broadened cultural, dining, and leisure offerings \u2013 shaping SPORTA 2 into a multifunctional, dynamic quarter that meets the demands of modern urban living.
