On May 15, 2024, SPORTA 2 quarter hosted the \u201cRiga City Development\u201d event, organized by the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia (NCCL) and supported by Linstow Baltic. This event showcased a diverse array of municipal initiatives driving Riga’s development, from sustainability, architecture and mobility perspectives. For the first time, Linstow Baltic, one of the leading real estate developers in the Baltics, presented the development concept for the SPORTA 2\u00a0 quarter. The development concept aims to create a multifunctional, modern, and sustainable urban district between Hanzas, Vesetas, and Sporta streets, combining contemporary design elements with the area\u2019s historically authentic features.<\/b><\/p>\n

The extensive area of the quarter will embody the essence of urban and street life \u2013 accessible and open to everyone, and full of life throughout the day. The SPORTA 2 quarter will be a place to work and live, a place to learn and experience new things, a place to have fun and connect with like-minded people.<\/span><\/p>\n

The SPORTA 2 quarter will offer everything needed for a healthy and exciting lifestyle, from everyday conveniences to exquisite experiences. The planned 62\u00a0000 m2 large development volume will include sustainable A-class offices, modern apartments, event spaces, restaurants, cafes, shops and possibly a hotel.
